The City of Grandview will hold an election on Tuesday, April 5th for voters to decide a NO TAX INCREASE bond package.

The bond package would provide $21 million worth of renovations, improvements and additions throughout the City of Grandview.

The NO TAX INCREASE bond package is split into three separate questions on the ballot:​

  • $6 million for necessary renovations to Municipal Services Complex, Grandview Police Department and DMV/Collections Annex

  • $12.4 million for street improvements, sidewalks and other infrastructure.

  • $2.6 million for Grandview Fire Department, to include a new ladder truck and renovations to fire stations.

This bond package will NOT RAISE TAXES OR TAX RATES.
